WHAT SUPPLIES DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I have dedicated a lot of time to researching and finding supplies that I think you will love! My Amazon store is linked here. You will find a list of supplies for beginners, as well as more advanced painters. As I find new supplies and test them out, my recommendations will evolve, so make sure you check back here periodically. 

HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?

I typically release 3-6 collections each year. I strive to make as much artwork as I can so that my collectors can all snag an original piece. I release these collections on my website, and advertise them beforehand on social media. To get first access to original paintings, make sure you are signed up to my email list. Before my original paintings are released to the public, my email subscribers are given first dibs!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I do not process cancellations, returns, or exchanges at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

My typical turnaround time for print orders is 3-5 business days. I ship everything using First Class mail which takes anywhere from 1-5 business days after that, depending on how far away you live! Turnaround time for customs is anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on the time of year. I will give you a more specific time frame when we talk details about your order!

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE

TO MAKE PRINTS?

Making prints is an art form in and of itself, but I will give you the basic rundown. You either need a professional scanner (like this one) or a professional camera. Once I have photographed or scanned my painting, I take the image into photoshop and make sure it is perfect before I send the pdf files to my printer. There is a lot of really amazing information online, so do your homework before taking the leap!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! I am always so honored and thrilled when people all over the world choose to purchase my artwork. All of my domestic (USA) orders ship for free, but if you live outside of the US, you will be charged a small shipping fee at checkout (I have made it as cheap as I possibly can, just for you!)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

I am NOT responsible for packages once they leave my studio. I do absolutely everything I can to ensure that they make their way to you safely, but every now and then, one of my packages will go missing. When this happens, I work with my customers on a case by case basis. Your happiness is my priority and will do everything I can to help!
